Position: Account & Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Managing payroll processing
• Assisting with budget preparation and monitoring
• Coordinating with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
• Managing office administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and office supply management
• Assisting with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Handling general administrative tasks as needed

Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Proven experience in administrative roles
• Knowledge of HR functions is a plus
