The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for efficiently and accurately managing the company's accounts receivable processes. This includes invoicing customers, processing payments, and resolving any issues or discrepancies related to customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain accurate AR reports and records
• Work closely with the sales team and customers to resolve payment issues
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and concepts
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar role preferred
