Job Description: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinating and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assisting with various projects and tasks as needed.
