The Asset Assistant is responsible for managing and tracking company assets, including equipment, vehicles, and technology. They assist in the coordination of asset inventory, maintenance, and disposal processes to ensure proper functioning and utilization of assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of company assets
• Assist in conducting regular audits of assets to identify discrepancies or missing items
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of assets as needed
• Track asset usage and availability for scheduling and allocation purposes
• Assist in disposing of outdated or obsolete assets in accordance with company policies
• Provide support to asset management team in creating reports and analysis of asset performance
