Job Description: Assistant HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and screen incoming resumes
  • Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks for potential candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and job advertisements
  • Provide administrative support to the HR recruitment team
