Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide answers to inquiries
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
• Provide excellent customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
