A Clinical Social Worker is a professional who assists individuals, families, and communities in dealing with emotional, social, and environmental issues that affect their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy to clients dealing with mental health challenges
• Advocate for clients to ensure they receive necessary resources and support services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and treatment for clients
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
• Educate clients and their families on coping mechanisms and healthy lifestyle choices

Skill Sets:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of practice
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Empathy and compassion for clients in distress
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
