Responsibilities:

• Manage the dialer system to make effective outbound calls to customers for collections
• Analyze data and generate reports to track collection performance
• Identify areas for improvement in collection processes and strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for collections
• Collaborate with the collections team to develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates
