We are looking for a skilled Dialer & MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to our outbound calling operations. They will also be responsible for ensuring that our dialer software is optimally set up and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our dialer software for outbound calling campaigns.
• Analyze data related to calling operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and provide insights to management on calling performance.
• Monitor calling performance in real-time and adjust strategies as needed.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure calling campaigns are aligned with business objectives.

Skill Sets:

• Experience working with dialer software and managing outbound calling operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
