An electrical design engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and equipment. They work closely with other engineers and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for a variety of projects, including buildings, machinery, and equipment
• Create detailed schematics and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Test and evaluate systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards
• Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians

Skill Sets

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
