• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring that expenses stay within budget
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
• Promote events through various channels to attract attendees
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly
• Evaluate the success of each event and provide recommendations for future improvement
