Field Technical Engineer

Job Description:

The Field Technical Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support and services to customers. They troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure systems, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. They must have a strong understanding of technology and be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install and configure systems
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment
• Document and track all issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide training and support to customers on new technologies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
