Flight Dispatcher Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review flight plans in collaboration with pilots, considering factors such as weather conditions, fuel requirements, and alternate destinations
• Monitor and communicate with flight crews before, during, and after flights to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Coordinate with air traffic controllers and other staff members to ensure timely departures and arrivals
• Update flight information in real-time to adjust to changing conditions and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all flights and communication with flight crews
