Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out processes
• Responding to guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local area
• Handling guest requests and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
• Processing payments and managing reservations
• Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and hotel booking software
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
