Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all nursing staff in the Emergency Room department
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication among healthcare team members
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment

Skill Sets

• Registered Nurse license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Previous experience in emergency room nursing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
