Hostess Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and seat them at their tables
• Assist in taking reservations and managing the seating chart
• Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests by providing excellent customer service
• Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant
• Keep track of table turnover and wait times
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the hostess station

Required Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
