The HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various human resources tasks. They will also manage administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate training programs and workshops
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Handle employee inquiries and requests
  • Assist with performance management processes
  • Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives
