Job Description: The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all aspects of human resources management and administration. They will provide support to the HR team in various areas such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate new hire onboarding processes including paperwork, orientation, and training
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Assist with employee relations matters and conflict resolution
• Manage HRIS system and generate reports as needed
• Coordinate employee benefits programs and enrolment
• Assist with performance management processes
