The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's human resources department. They are in charge of recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
• Developing and implementing training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Managing the performance review process and providing feedback to employees
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
