HR Intern Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
• Help with onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
• Support HR team in employee relations activities, including answering employee questions and assisting with conflict resolution
• Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and filing paperwork
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs

Skill Sets:

1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other common HR software
5. Previous internship or coursework in Human Resources or related field preferred
