An HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the human resources department and implementing HR policies and procedures within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire employees
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
• Manage employee benefits programs and compensation plans
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
• Develop training programs and support employee development
