The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire new employees
• Develop and implement onboarding and training programs
• Manage performance appraisals and employee development plans
• Handle employee relations issues and grievances
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate with external agencies, such as benefits providers and legal counsel
