Job Description:

The HR Officer is responsible for managing all human resource-related activities within the organization. This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Implementing onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Managing employee performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
