Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees
• Managing employee relations and handling any issues that arise
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Handling employee benefits and payroll administration
• Conducting training and development programs for employees
• Overseeing performance management and conducting performance reviews
