Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Coordinate training and development programs for staff members
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management
