Job Description:

The HR Training Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing training programs for the organization's employees. They work closely with HR and department managers to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs for new and existing employees
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop strategies to address them
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals
• Create training materials, such as manuals, presentations, and online modules
• Deliver training sessions either in person or virtually
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to training and development

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
• Experience with learning management systems and other training software
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions
• Understanding of legal requirements related to training and development
• Certification in HR training and development is a plus
