We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Support the development and implementation of safety training programs for employees
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety programs and incidents
• Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Provide support in emergency response planning and drills

Skill Sets:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
