A HSE Engineer (Health, Safety, and Environmental Engineer) is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental best practices in a workplace. This includes identifying and assessing potential risks, implementing safety protocols, and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards in the workplace
• Providing health and safety training to employees
• Investigating accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Participating in audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Preparing reports on health, safety, and environmental performance
