Job Description:

The Senior Engineer - Fire & Life Safety is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of buildings and occupants by designing, implementing, and maintaining fire protection systems and life safety measures. They will work closely with architects, contractors, and building owners to develop and enforce fire safety codes and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and smoke detectors
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
• Develop emergency response plans and educate building occupants on proper safety procedures
• Collaborate with local fire departments to coordinate emergency drills and response efforts
• Stay up-to-date on the latest fire safety technologies, codes, and industry trends
