Job Description:

The Junior IT Help Desk Support position involves providing technical assistance and support to internal employees regarding computer systems, hardware, software, and network related issues. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
• Perform software updates and system maintenance tasks
• Assist in setting up new user accounts and permissions
• Provide technical support for conference room equipment and audio-visual systems
• Create and maintain documentation of IT procedures and processes

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
