Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and tracking applicant progress
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
