Job Description: KG Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for kindergarten students
• Coordinate and lead activities to promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Monitor and assess student progress and communicate with parents and staff
• Supervise and support teaching staff in delivering high-quality education
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and community members
• Prior teaching or child care experience preferred
