Job Description:

A Kindergarten (KG) Teacher is responsible for educating young children aged 3 to 6 years old in a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. They facilitate the emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development of children by planning engaging activities, fostering creativity, and promoting a love of learning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each child
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes positive behavior
• Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's development
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences to enhance teaching skills
