Job Description: L2 Engineer-Professional Services

The L2 Engineer in Professional Services will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to clients on various networking and infrastructure technologies. They will work closely with the L1 and L3 teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
• Diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues
• Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of networking and infrastructure technologies
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certifications in relevant technologies (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) preferred
