Job Description:

The L2 Engineer - Ubuntu is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Ubuntu operating systems. They will be involved in managing Ubuntu servers, networking and resolving issues related to software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ubuntu operating systems
• Manage and maintain Ubuntu servers
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to software applications
• Collaborate with L1 and L3 engineers for complex problem resolution
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions
