Job Description:

The Logistics Documentation Officer is responsible for managing all documentation related to the transportation and distribution of goods. This includes preparing shipping and customs documents, coordinating with carriers and logistics providers, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices
• Coordinate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all shipments
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to documentation
