Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from initiation to completion
• Developing project plans and schedules
• Coordinating with contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Reviewing designs and plans to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
• Preparing and presenting project updates to senior management

Skill Sets:

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with construction management software
• Understanding of building codes and regulations
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
