Job Description: Planning Officer

The Planning Officer is responsible for coordinating planning processes within an organization to ensure effective utilization of resources and the successful execution of projects. They work closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans and schedules
• Identify resources needed for projects and coordinate their allocation
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Prepare reports on project status and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines and budget
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines related to project planning
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion
