Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare proposals for event management services
• Coordinate with various departments and teams to gather all necessary information for proposals
• Create and maintain templates and resources for efficient proposal development
• Track and manage proposal submission deadlines
• Ensure proposals are aligned with client needs and company capabilities
• Review and edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
• Present proposals to clients and provide additional information as needed
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance proposal materials

Skill Sets:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
