Reception Manager Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all front desk operations
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction for all guests
  • Train and develop reception staff members
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage the booking and reservation system
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
