Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
4. Assist with scheduling appointments and reservations
5. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
6. Perform basic administrative tasks as needed
