We are seeking a Safety Officer with a NEBOSH certificate to join our team. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of employees in the workplace and implementing safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
• Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations on site
• Maintain safety records and reports for management review

Skill Sets:

• NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in conducting safety inspections and audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
