Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and oversee the construction and renovation of buildings and structures
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
• Review and approve building plans and permits
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and engineers
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in architecture and engineering

Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional licensure as an architect or engineer
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
