Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
• Ensure designs meet project specifications and regulatory standards
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and construction personnel
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to address project needs
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and calculations
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies

• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
