Job Description: Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts
• Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Review and assess contract performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract issues
• Participate in the development of commercial strategies and plans
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks
• Oversee supplier relationships and performance
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and clients

• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex contractual terms and conditions
• Experience in developing and implementing contract management processes
• Proven track record of managing contracts and commercial relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
• Experience with contract management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or commercial operations
