Job Description:

The Senior HR Manager is responsible for managing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. They will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers
• Oversee performance management and career development initiatives
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
• Lead training and development programs for employees
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage HR budget and resources effectively
