Job Responsibilities:

• Leading the HR team and overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
• Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Administering employee benefits and payroll
• Overseeing performance management and training programs
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Qualifications:
