Senior Infrastructure Architect Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement complex infrastructure solutions that meet the business requirements
• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of new infrastructure projects
• Analyze existing infrastructure systems and recommend improvements
• Create and maintain documentation of infrastructure designs and configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with infrastructure design and implementation
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. CCNA, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus
