Job Description: Senior MEP Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in troubleshooting and repairing MEP systems
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment servicing and repairs
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and oversee implementation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide training as needed
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Required Skill Sets:

• Proficiency in MEP systems design and operation
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Professional engineering license (PE) preferred
