Senior Instrument Engineer

Job Description:

The Senior Instrument Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, calibration, and maintenance of various types of control systems and instruments used in industrial processes. They will work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that all instruments are operating efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing control systems for industrial processes
• Selecting and installing appropriate instruments for monitoring and controlling process variables
• Calibrating and maintaining instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with control systems and instruments
• Training and mentoring junior engineers and technicians
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize process efficiency

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of control systems and instrumentation technology
• Experience with process automation and PLC programming
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
